2. Account Registration and Eligibility
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You must meet all minimum age, legal capacity, residency, and eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction and any additional requirements imposed by a Third-Party Provider for a specific Activity.
Only one account per individual is permitted. Creating, operating, controlling, or assisting with multiple accounts is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You must not sell, transfer, share, rent, or provide access to your account to another person.
We may request reasonable information or verification where necessary to protect the Platform, prevent fraud, investigate suspicious activity, comply with applicable requirements, or review a withdrawal.
3. Email Verification
You may access and use available features of the Platform before verifying your email address.
However, a verified email address is required before you may submit a withdrawal request. If your email address has not been verified, your withdrawal request will not be processed until verification is completed.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
4. Activities
ClearMind Surveys may provide access to Activities including surveys, games, offers, tasks, promotions, and other earning opportunities.
Activities may be provided directly by ClearMind Surveys or by Third-Party Providers.
When an Activity is provided by a Third-Party Provider, the Activity may be operated, tracked, validated, and controlled by that provider. Additional terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, or completion rules of the Third-Party Provider may apply.
Availability of Activities is not guaranteed. Activities may vary based on country, location, device, demographic profile, account history, provider requirements, or other eligibility factors.
You are not guaranteed to qualify for, complete, or receive a reward for any specific Activity.
You must complete Activities personally, honestly, and in good faith. Information and responses submitted during Activities must be accurate and must not intentionally misrepresent your identity, demographic information, location, eligibility, or behaviour.
5. Third-Party Providers
Certain Activities available through ClearMind Surveys are sourced, operated, or validated by Third-Party Providers.
ClearMind Surveys may act as a facilitator by providing access to these Activities. We do not control every question, offer requirement, game condition, advertiser decision, survey qualification decision, or tracking system operated by a Third-Party Provider.
A Third-Party Provider may determine whether an Activity was properly completed and whether its completion qualifies for a reward.
ClearMind Surveys cannot guarantee the availability, suitability, accuracy, continuity, or acceptance of any third-party Activity.
Your interactions with a Third-Party Provider may also be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Coins and Rewards
Coins are virtual reward units used within the ClearMind Surveys Platform.
Coins are not legal tender, a bank deposit, a cryptocurrency, or an investment product. Eligible Coins may be redeemed using the reward or withdrawal methods displayed on the Platform, subject to these Terms.
Rewards are credited based on tracking, reporting, and confirmation received from ClearMind Surveys or the relevant Third-Party Provider.
Completing an Activity does not necessarily mean that a reward will be credited immediately. Tracking and validation may require additional processing time.
A reward may be delayed, withheld, adjusted, cancelled, or reversed if:
- The Third-Party Provider reports that the Activity requirements were not met.
- The Activity was not successfully tracked or validated.
- The related transaction, conversion, or completion is rejected, reversed, or invalidated by a Third-Party Provider.
- The reward was credited in error or credited more than once.
- The Activity involved false, incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent information.
- There are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a violation of these Terms.
Where a Third-Party Provider reverses or invalidates an Activity after Coins have been credited, ClearMind Surveys may reverse or adjust the Coins associated with that Activity.
7. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal when your confirmed account balance meets the minimum withdrawal requirements displayed on the Platform.
Minimum withdrawal amounts, available withdrawal methods, reward values, and processing conditions may vary by reward method and may be updated from time to time.
A verified email address is required before submitting a withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests may be placed in a pending status while they are reviewed and processed.
We may delay or review a withdrawal where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unusual account activity, reward reversals, duplicate accounts, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and valid withdrawal information. This includes payment addresses, account identifiers, wallet addresses, email addresses, or any other payment details requested for the selected withdrawal method.
ClearMind Surveys is not responsible for a payment being delayed, misdirected, rejected, or lost because of incorrect, incomplete, expired, unsupported, or invalid withdrawal information provided by you.
Withdrawal methods may be provided by external payment or reward providers and may be subject to additional terms or restrictions imposed by those providers.
8. Prohibited Activity
You must not use the Platform or participate in Activities in a fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or manipulative manner.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false, fabricated, misleading, or intentionally inconsistent information.
- Impersonating another person or using another person's identity or account.
- Sharing, selling, renting, transferring, or trading accounts.
- Using bots, automated scripts, automated browsers, macros, or other automation tools to complete or manipulate Activities.
- Manipulating tracking links, conversion data, reward systems, callbacks, postbacks, or transaction records.
- Attempting to receive the same reward more than once for the same Activity.
- Falsifying screenshots, completion evidence, device information, location information, or other verification information.
- Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, device manipulation tools, or other techniques to falsify or manipulate your identity, device, location, country of residence, or eligibility for an Activity.
- Using an Activity outside the country or geographic area for which you are legitimately eligible where location is relevant to the Activity.
- Providing dishonest, random, automated, or intentionally low-quality survey responses.
- Interfering with, disrupting, reverse engineering, exploiting, or attempting unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, malicious code, or content intended to damage the Platform or another service.
- Violating the rules, eligibility conditions, or completion requirements of a Third-Party Provider.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
9. Fraud Prevention and Quality Reviews
ClearMind Surveys and its Third-Party Providers may use technical, account, device, network, location, consistency, tracking, and quality signals to identify fraud, abuse, duplicate participation, or invalid Activity completion.
Accounts, Activities, rewards, and withdrawal requests may be reviewed where suspicious or inconsistent activity is detected.
Failure to satisfy reasonable fraud-prevention, eligibility, or quality checks may result in Activity disqualification, reward withholding, reward reversal, withdrawal review, account suspension, or account termination.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, abused the Platform, engaged in fraud, created multiple accounts, manipulated Activities, or caused harm to ClearMind Surveys, a Third-Party Provider, or another user.
Where appropriate, we may review the circumstances surrounding an account restriction or suspension.
In cases involving confirmed fraud, manipulation, duplicate rewards, or material violations of these Terms, unpaid or invalid rewards may be withheld, cancelled, or reversed to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A user whose account has been permanently terminated for fraud or material abuse may be prohibited from creating a new account.
11. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining whether any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other charges apply to rewards or withdrawals you receive through the Platform.
ClearMind Surveys does not provide tax advice.
12. Intellectual Property and Activity Content
The Platform, including its design, software, logos, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to ClearMind Surveys or its respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content contained within surveys, offers, games, tasks, or other Activities may belong to Third-Party Providers or their clients.
You must not copy, publish, distribute, sell, reproduce, record, disclose, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse confidential or proprietary Activity content except where expressly permitted.
13. Disclaimers
The Platform and Activities are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClearMind Surveys does not guarantee that the Platform or any Activity will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific survey, offer, game, task, reward value, or withdrawal method.
Technical issues, tracking failures, provider decisions, qualification rules, network interruptions, or other circumstances may affect the availability or completion of Activities.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClearMind Surveys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in an Activity.
ClearMind Surveys is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, content, or independent decisions of Third-Party Providers, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Third-Party Providers may separately collect and process information when you participate in their Activities. Their own privacy policies may apply to information submitted directly to them.
16. Communications
We may send account, security, verification, withdrawal, service, or other important communications to the email address associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and reviewing communications related to your account.
17. Changes to the Platform or These Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Platform from time to time.
We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, our services, Third-Party Provider requirements, security practices, or applicable requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email.
